Because of this Illidan started down the path of more magic use fueled by frustrated love for Tyrande and wanting to use magic, but by this point Malfurionās plan had already started and Tyrande had started show affection towards Malfurion.
Malfurion also orchestrated the destruction of the Well of Eternity and ultimately led Illidan to become what we know him as now.
She can die as well. Evil spiteful warden.
Threads like this reminds me of why EXTREME X fictional character fanboys, like the OP. Can be the worst in gaming communities.

Mmm Iām not 100% convinced about that. I donāt like Malfurion and Tyrande either, but I didnāt buy that story about the good old Illidan they tried to feed us with in legion lore.
So Iād rather have Sylvanas, Nathanos, Tyrande and the Stormrage brothers into a
fire pit. 
Oh, and you can throw Andruin in too, I donāt think heās done anything wrong but heās just soā¦useless. I donāt see the tiniest bit about his father in him.
Since redeeming act of burning children alive would go lower standards than even Blizzard storytelling can go, i suggest following redemption arcs:

We find out than when Sylvanas died in Ice Crown, she was prisoned in maw and has been there all this time. What we had on Azeroth after that was Jailor dressed up as Sylvanas.

And no, she does NOT deserve a redemption arc, sheās has SEVERAL attempts to do so, but she always flubs it in the end, sheās just too spiteful of a b-word trying to live forever and become the next lich king (or something similar to the Jailer himself)
She belongs in the maw, thatās the only acceptable answer for herā¦ or a personal pillory set side for her just outside of Orgrimmar so that people can spit and throw rotten vegetables at her for years to come.
No she doesnāt. Sylvanas is a dead boring character and the sooner we are free of her, the better.

I once read a theory that I actually like.
In Kyrian Covenant video, when Arthas killed Uther, you could see Utherās soul splitting in two souls. One went into Frostmourne and the other went damaged into Shadowlands (you know the rest).
What if the same happened with Sylvanasā soul? What if there is a good High Elf Sylvanas in Shadowlands (but should also be damaged like Uther)? The other soul part could have been put back into her body - when she became a banshee.
The āgoodā Sylvanas could play a part. But anyways, the ārealā Sylvanas MUST die.
Sylvanas no doubt had good intentions.
Such as the way to Hell are paved with.

Sylvanas can have her redemption arc in the trash cause thatās how little of one she deserves, its such a boring-arguably forced character with very little to bring to the table other than edge, I mean its clear dev writing bias even cause they changed one line of text which had garrosh calling her a female dog (b****) but no other voice lines or lines at all in-game were changed.

Sheās beyond redemption.
Hey! Remember how the forsaken joined the horde out of convenience? And remember how it was specifically said that they had no true loyalty to their new allies?
Do you also remember all the bad things that Sylvanas did even before she became warchief? The destruction of Gilneas? Creating the blight?
Her goal pre ICC was simply to get revenge on Arthas. After ICC it became leading her new people which is why she raised more undead, attacked Gilneas, and became a bigger part of the horde. During legion, we stopped her quest for immortality and I believe that because of that, weāre at where weāre at.
Having a redemption ARC for her at this point would make less sense than what has already happened to her character in BFA.
TL;DR Itās not gonna happen. She will die this expantion.
