Well, they make a decent burger, and are thus good to have as company as extra food if your supplies were to run out… I prefer grilled elf ears tho.

I have no beef with them, so I’ll be udderly honest why I like Tauren:
When I first started WoW I wanted to play a tauren, but the lack of plainsrunning was very disappointing to me and the fact that they were lacking a lot in the customization department (I also wanted to play a female character because I’ve been using the name ‘Tahra’ for years and well… I think of that as a female name - and honestly I think tauren females look ridiculous).
So I rolled a female orc and headed to Mulgore to join my rl friends, most of whom had rolled tauren. From that point on I roleplayed that I was an orc who was adopted into the tauren tribe. As I leveled up and such, I used a kodo as a mount mainly and things like that.
So yeah… Tauren are cool. But not as cool as I wanted them to be (from when I played WC3).
