TBC deluxe edition

Wait, do you really think that refusing to group with a player, and trying to get them faction blacklisted is not toxic?

In TBC we had loot boxes the damn Spectral Tiger, where where you then?

People do what they want, YOU are the toxic one enforcing YOUR beliefs onto others.

Don’t like what people do? Don’t play with them.

Oh yeah, it’s totally the same. There were Spectral tigers everywhere because they were so easy to get.

  • It’s just a level 58 boost! Stop whining!
  • It’s just a store mount! Stop whining! < [You are here]
  • It’s just faction change! Stop whining!
  • It’s just a WoW token! Stop whining!
  • It’s just a level 68 boost! Stop whining!
  • It’s just transmog! Stop whining!
  • It’s just cosmetic shop items! Stop whining!

i really couldn’t care less about appearing toxic to someone who enables this kind of behaviour by blizzard by buying deluxe editions of something that came out 14 years ago
I see you, you’re dead to me

The Spectral Mount was worse as it was directly linked to gambling or a much larger than average disposable income.

This is worth watching:

And in the end non-Korean MMORPG are going the Korean style route adding more and more microtransaction and using your personal wealth to reflect that in-game.

Classic showed us the opposite.

What was done by 1-5% of the playerbase in Vanilla had clearly less impact than what is done by 80%+ of the playerbase in Classic.

There were only few Spectral Tigers/servers so it had nearly no impact on the game. It won’t have an impact in TBC Classic if it stay a 60% mount and doesn’t give any other “advantages” like the 100% riding skill. But we don’t know yet.

What upset me the most is “Where is Blizzard gonna stop” ?
Especially, when there are players like you defending every monetization in the game.

So, it seems like they moved forward with their plan to add a cash shop to TBC after all. This shouldn’t come as a surprise whatsoever. This is only the first step in monetising TBC.

When they announced the 58 boost, they were ‘testing the waters’, so to say. They saw the popularity in Classic and opted to go for a quick cash grab. The community was more than welcoming to the notion of not having to ‘trudge’ through levelling, so naturally that emboldened Blizz and they definitely feel confident about adding more and more services that directly affect gameplay.

Expect to see WoW token, lvl 68 boosts, transmog and, hell, why not even buyable gear for cash?

I’m 100% going to camp every single player I see with this mount and kick or don’t invite them to anything. It needs to stop. These people make Blizzard get away with this crap.

Are you this salty because you got camped and exiled on retail for buying the p2w heroic /epic edition of shadowlands that gives you a free flying mount? Shut up moron.

Anybody thinking there will be enough sad mongs like you to form a community large enough to blacklist and grief every booster/mount buyer then you are stupider than the crapstain in a child’s diaper. You might end up being the ones camped.

Dude get over yourself. Nobody cares about your moronic camping threats. Just give everyone a list of all your toons and server so we can all block and ignore you ^^.

If this really gets your goat, your going to freak when somebody turns up with Netherwhelp from the original TBC collectors edition.

Lmao this thread is a good dose of laughter and a reminder how ridiculous and toxic some of the purist classic specimens are. Funny and sad at the same time. Fortunately, havent seen many of these chaps ingame.

“Im done with this company” yeah sure buddy tell me more

For some reason i predict the following:
Hellfire peninsula. Ohapenny spots a boosted char on a deluxe mount. Ez target, he thinks to himself, planning to flex and blow off his steam from yet another unhappy day. He attempts to gank the player, casting /spit and /laugh bound to his spells. As expected, he gets humiliated in pvp and killed. He spirit resses and next time he sees a pvp flagged char he is not casting anything but /wave /smile, secretly swallowing his tears… :droplet::droplet:

Ohapenny will play retail on his deluxe shadowlands mount because he clearly does not like the direction TBCC is heading.

I dont think they will allow a option to buy gear for cash, however im not suprised if they announce wow token for TBCC since GDKP is very popular. They can profit big time of this and basicly giving you the ability to buy gear indirectly

You could buy BiS gear (better than mythic raid gear) in retail during BfA when they had corrupted BoEs. Just buy enough wow tokens, visit AH and done. It happened before it will happen again.

Unless you had a Trading Card Mount in TBC - Pretty sure they just involved going to an NPC with a code from a card.

Aaah path of illidan in the deluxe edition for TBC classic. Not a bad hint. So we will get an ingame shop full of TCG items

It wont work in classic/tbc since soo many items are BOE… And gold is a much bigger part of the progression. I mean if this happens Blizzard wont have an easy time with the majority of the classic community.
