We have experienced a number of reports similar to this issue and it has been brought to our Quality Assurance team as well as our Development teams attention. They are currently investigating this issue and working on a fix to help get this matter resolved. However we do no have a workaround or an ETA on the fix.

As an example of the lag I’m getting right now (Draenor EU), just finished a WQ, clicked the last mob to loot within 1-2 sec of it dying, and the chatlog timestamps tell their own story:

Yeah it took 30 sec for the game to process everything… the 10 gold (from follower tokens) being 3 sec apart really shows the lag, those normally process instantly. Other zones are fine, but Suramar would be unplayable if I didn’t overpower it enough to not matter if a mob is beating on me for 20 sec while I can’t do anything because it’s still processing loot from the last mob.
I’ve only just resubbed and I was wanting to try and complete the Suramar quests to unlock the Nightborne race.
I had this week off work, and with my luck the all area ends up being almost unplayable with this lag.
btw I’m on sever Quel’Thalas
I suspect it’s a combination of some of the underlying mechanics at work in Suramar as well as the pre-patch systems just rolled out.
Hell, the multi-bott- sorry, multi-boxers down in The Gilded Market probably aren’t helping things either.
Well i just logged in into my suramar character and im good will edit if it breaks again.
Better than yesterday but the lag is still very noticeable. Stormrage EU.
EDIT: Just noticed that the 100% Rep buff is gone since it’s November. Looks like my plans to unlock Nightborne will be further delayed 
im pretty sure you dont have to farm rep for allied races anyomore unless its only nightborn
Yup. Sadly, Nightborne is the only Allied Race I have yet to unlock.
Allied Race Unlock Requirements Changed
All Allied Races will be easier to unlock in the Shadowlands pre-patch. The requirement to hit Exalted with a related faction has been removed, leaving only the requirement to complete a related series of zone quests.

From my understanding, I need to reach Revered (20000/21000) with the Nightfallen to even unlock the “Insurrection” questline.
Well will see insurrection is achievment im doing questline right now will see if ill get stuck somewhere.

Same here. EU Drak Thul realm, Yesterday lags in Suramar when I am doing WQ. then lags is gone. Today I am doing WQuests again and lags are back. Latency home 35ms, world 35ms… Same thing in Valley at Grand Empress Shek’zara
Yup my lag seems back aswell… it was gone so nicely for like a week!

Suramar is basically unplayable for me right now, upwards of 3 second lag spikes - EU Stormrage
Same here - unplayable 3 second lag in Suramar.
I told a GM by ticket and he said they’re aware of the reports but not sure what’s behind it yet - eg if it’s a certain ISP having problems… (not sure why that would affect only 1 zone in the game)
I’m in Sweden by the way.
So much lag in suramar map. Dont have any in others but suramar cant playable.
