What do you mean 3-5 minutes? It takes like 20 because everybody is lagging so hard only every 5th GCD registers.

Wow! this is bad! man you need to really try to make it this bad. I was in the Northrend Event a moment ago and the server just collapse. The Lich King didnāt even have a weapon haha and he was standing still like a loot piƱata.

Utterly abysmal performance doing the events. Cant be bothered doing them anymore.

I donāt even have to be at the computer to farm residual memory.
I just did the 12am one and it was so laggy. It was lagging at 92fps!!
Killed Lich King twice: got no rewards nor quest completion. second time i even got disconnected randomly. Killing the bosses doesnāt even rewards me anything at all (And yes iāve dealt damage to them)

The third time I attempt to do the event didnāt bug and I was able to finish it.
So far my experience with 3 attemps:
- First time I could make the event till the last memory, but it bugged there, so no boss spawn
- Entirely bugged the event never started and the timer restarted
- Third attempt, nothing bugged so I could finish the whole event but the lag was so bad that it was almost unplayable.
Thatās just the gameplay experience, not even talking about the currency neither the nature of the event being time gated.

Lazy game design? Why have you n3rds normalized crying and whining and being so ungrateful for World of Warcraft.
All you do is sit around and whine all day about this game, be happy youāre getting an event at all, to get new mounts, new gear and pets.
The developers are truly amazing at their job, but talentless people have a hard time recognizing talent.
That has been proven many times over.
I have just killed Ragnaros for the second time and got no quest completion. For Onyxia and Lich King everything good. 
well here i am back with a update. Wanna know what just happend? The searing gorge bugged out again just like this morning. wich means no radiant echo for me!! in total now 4K worth of echo. and two hours of my life great!
The armor they gave for the event should simply be cosmetics for everyone, without any division into Cloth, Leather, Mail and Plate. Then it would make sense to collect it.

Worst pre-patch out of the four Iāve played so far. Was going to buy a six month sub as my token time runs out tomorrow but Iām really not seeing the point rn.

It basically catch up gear they do it every prepatch now. Iāve ntot ried it yet but i guess there will be a good amount of xp too.
Theyāll fix it at some point and probably buff currency.
xp is alright you get around 1000 xp for a big mob of elite and it goes fast. quest give xp also and killing bosses tho. i brought my alt from 60 to 69 with two or three events and a lil bit of grinding. which means around 40 mins.

This is so annoying.
If for any reason you arenāt there for when the portal activates then your done for. I have never felt this disengaged with a pre patch in all my time playing this game.
I honestly cannot say I feel driven to do it. But id like to collect the things.

lol yup. I did the event once. Got lucky I guess. Logged in and Dragonblight was about to start.
But yeah, I am not going to wait 90 minutes for a 10 minute event. The rewards are terrible anyway.
Shame they couldnāt phase the zone such that the original zone stays in place. The archaeological dig showing on the map is not there when I get there. I canāt believe its that complicated. Some of us are playing the real game whilst this stuff is going on ā¦ My goodness its the scourge invasion all over again. Except I can fly swat the little green men a bit easier than the scourge and they didnāt infect me. Annoying little bratts.
I assume we are talking about the same thing. I picked up some currency for what that is worth. Dunno. No dig though, never mind.
