Classical alliance player behaviour picking and choosing.
I can give dozens of examples of bad alliance behaviour but you will pick and choose and claim those do not count because it is not the right alliance or those are not correct alliance for your personal take.
As a small example i am sure you are not going to say Arthas is alliance even though he was literally the prince of a country inside of the alliance, yet you are bringing up things that directly goes against what the horde is and claiming them as horde things. (aka literally doing the exact same as if i say arthas is in the alliance)

The Horde under Garrosh in the Siege of Orgimmar is not the Iron Horde. Its the âTrue Hordeâ and it was a Civil War. Both sides were and are regarded horde (and its exactly why Varian threatened Volâjin with the eradication of the entirety of the Horde should this ever happen again. He was pretty clear with his remark that he will âendâ the Horde and the Horde under Volâjin was only spared because they participated in the Siege).
Some even still honour members of Garroshs Horde as heroes of the Horde (Nazgrim). Garroshs true horde also accepting anyone that wished to serve even if they were regarded second rate in comparison to orcs (A Belf served as a secondary leader. Not to mention the multitude of Goblins like Blackfuse (who also was a secondary leader)). The Maghar also sided with Garrosh during the civil war and not with VolâJin out of loyalty (same as Nazgrim).
Thrall is also to blame for the whole mess for putting Garrosh in charge despite everyone (including Garrosh) telling him its a horrible idea but he still went ânah its fine, his father was dope so he is tooâ (completely ignoring that Grommash did something that deserves capital punishment according to Horde law just before he kicked the bucket)
The Iron Horde is the Horde under the command of Grommash and Gulâdan with Garrosh serving as a secondary leader replacing his alternative father as the leader of the Warsong of Draenor.
We have the corpses in the game and we know which NPCs they are (Helenia Olden and Bartender Lillian). Blizzard also making errors in the lore is nothing new and they get called out frequently on it (always have been. We have an NPC in the game to honor the guy that called out Blizzard on lore mistakes)
