Huh, No. If someone says something wrong because they genuinely made a mistake, they didn’t lie, they just didn’t know that they were wrong, and other people would understand they made a mistake and weren’t actually consciously saying something wrong.
Also, you can repeat “You will see” as many times you want, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s your baseless headcanon as of now.
For now, as you’re not as deep as i am when it comes to Speculation, im at the kind of speculation as Pyromancer, im sure you know of him, Speculators like us dont just scratch the surface of the Lore as you do, we deep even deeper and its not just fantasy we puzzle ingame - Book Quotes together.

And Ogmot’s journal was added before BtS happened anyway. The first lie is already told by then.

Ogmot also doesn’t specifically mention Anduin, just a “boy-king”. It remains to be seen whether it’s actually Anduin he’s talking about, there are a lot of people who think it might be Wrathion or Bolvar for example.
One point to support this is that the titans already called us “Children”
