And that’s great and all, but I do feel like that in and of itself has to willfully ignore a lot of what goes into making these models and what people get out of them.

If you don’t want to do anything about it, okay, nobody is going to force you, but that in and of itself isn’t really a compelling reason for anyone else to tolerate it.

I have several of my own anecdotes about AI-users getting very up in arms about their use of AI-generated imagery being even slightly questioned, or when people who actually invest in accurate representations of their characters getting drowned out by utter dumps of actual dozens of “generic blonde human female” generated prompts in Discord channels.
