We literally didn’t have so many specs “viable” in extremely long time. And sorry dude, but literally any spec can get to at least “the elite” if you are good enough.

I sincerely hope your argument is not that this is fine and should remain unchanged.

Balance is about equality in opportunity.
It goes way deeper than “well some guys did it, so everything is fine, nothing to see, move along, l2p”.

Might be harder to see when you play a Class that has 3 S-Tier specs though.
