After doing 10 mythic keystones (+15 and +14) dungeons last week, I get to pick only from the 2chests (supposedly 3 chests) . and the rewards are not 226 as it’s supposed to be. it’s +14 and +10 rewards.
Also, I’ve done 10 bosses in heroic mode and I don’t get to pick from any of the raid chest…
It feels like I’m getting exactly the previous week’s rewards.
I already opened multiple tickets all of them with no answer and I don’t find any of them in my tickets section.

Did you open all of the Great Vault chests? We’ve had similar problems when old vaults were still stacked, attempting to claim them all can show your most recent Great Vault afterwards.
If you’ve submitted bug reports, these do not get a reply and don’t get archived in your ticket history.
I didn’t forget to get my loot last week.
But ill try to get the loot and see if something change.
And it was not a bug report.
