The buff is active for all my lvl 120, but not for my 104 lvl Warlock who is currently going through legion content. Does it only work for lvl 120 characters?

because vanity achievements like Insane in the Membrane would be too easy that way.
I honestly get that âthe insaneâ is a pretty prestigious title, but whatâs the harm in getting it faster? Itâs old content and as such already easy enough to do, it just takes time.
I was personally just thinking of doing emperor shaohao in Pandaria, and also thinking of those that havenât done pathfinder in Draenor yet.

Pretty sure you can get the esteemed without getting The Insane.

I cant get a BG for hours in 39s, 49s, etc. Nobody leveling alts anymore, everyone farm reps. TURN IT OFF!
