The Lag is unplayable since reset?

The game in it’s current state is borderline unplayable, and is a very bad experience in general for many players, being unable to cast spells, incapable of looting objects interacting with npc’s or nodes, or opening my mailbox for seconds to minutes at a time and being unable to use flight-paths because i’m mounted even though i dismounted 2 minutes ago just makes me not want to play the game at all.

in the framework of this game, that requires us to farm items, gather buffs from events and consumables and be competitive with others where time is often the only thing separating you from someone else that is the definition of unplayable.

Frankly i’m beyond frustrated and into literally sad for you as a company i want some kind of assurance things will be fixed, and frankly i expect more of blizzard in general, you’ve been doing this for 15+ years now.
