ALSO from your recent post I see you are just sabotager, that just want to take more people on FFXIV. With combat I agree with you, wow should have more skills in combat rotation for some specs, but in your post you proved you don’t even know rotations properly. Also you say you play wow for years there and you have barely 8 k achi ponts, where did you play on private servers?
I dont even remember when was the last time they added a new Battleground… Every new expansion should have new BGs… Is it that hard to copy-paste some area from the new zones and put 2 flags on it? 1% cares about the Arenas, 99% want BATTLEGROUNDS!

Hello everyone in this forum. I have been playing wow since mists of pandaria but only started doing end game content in legion. But even back in legion you sort of hit this ceiling very fast because at the start of legion once you leveled to 110 you had to do your order hall and grind reputation for the broken isles to eventually get the right gear (order hall class set) and be able to participate within raids…
So of course not everyone has the willpower to grind those world quests everyday to kill yourself make yourself braindead to play and participate to keep up with others or get good gear… so yes i agree with op it gets boring if there isnt enough content to keep you going. interesting content that is which wow has little of at this point and time. I think we all reached a ceiling right now were we dont know what to do or just dont have the willpower to do the grind to get there.

The industry these days and the financial incentives, such as they are, encourage corporations to lay people off and coerce the smaller, cheaper workforce to just do more with less, which amounts to less overall but higher quarterly earnings as expenses were cut. Don’t expect this to get better as long as the employees are treated as expendable drones.
This has been the problem with WoW since WOD, they’ve tried to do too much.
WOD had masses of content, story and zones cut as they didn’t have the resources to implement them.
Even Legion which managed to put out a goodly amount of content did Argus (a whole planet which should probably have been whole expansion in its own right) in three small maze-like zones in one patch.
N’Zoth got the same treatment as Argus (should probably have been a whole expansion for Ny’alotha and N’Zoth) but only got a raid and a few quests in revamped existing zones.
I disagree with the OP on the content itself not being a problem. I think it is. We’re getting Fill-the-Bar quests where the mobs are worth 1% or pick up 8 shinies in an area with the mob density of Times Square on New Year’s Eve or World Quests with six sections (not shown at first). All this to earn Codex Research that accumulates at a trickle (I’m still not rank 4 and doubt I’ll ever get rank 6).

No developer that dosen’t wanna play their own games they’'ve made, regardless if it’s in a bad state or boring. Should not then work on any game in general and get fired!
I’m aware of this, but in this case, it didn’t work out well for blizz because the less workers they have, the smaller content is, the longer it takes to release, and it’s safe to say that they lost 50%+ of their playerbase because of that. I don’t think it was beneficial at all for them.
Well, they actually added new one in BFA, the main reason people don’t play bgs is the fact it’s not useful at all, I never understood why they changed system where you were getting one of best forms of pvp gear from bgs, In shadowlands it’s great that they added pvp vendor back but currently pvp armor scaling is too huge, and it shouldn’t be locked behind rating. They should just make slightly better armor for 2.4k+ and there should be MAX 3 layers or pvp gear ilvl, for example 245 pvp ilvl ( 220 ilvl pve ) for bgs, 256 pvp ilvl ( 235 ilvl pve) for Conquest, and 259 ilvl ( 245ilvl pve) for 2.4k + rating) OR PVE and PVP armor should be separated completely again. shouldn’t make problem as we have mentioned pvp and pve ilvl now
Big line went up that quarter and Beelzebob made the massive profit. WoW surviving for much longer isn’t important when the only consideration lies 3 months ahead, squeezing employees and prepping to drop a dying property the second it fails to deliver.
Making a good game, the passion of creation and love for warcraft is really not a consideration at all!
