I like to think that the trust level requirements were set by someone who violently disapproves of GIFs and memes and hopes that, by not allowing everyone to post these, people will instead get used to speaking in text and engaging in meaningful discourse… But alas, instead they just post links to GIFs for someone else to post.

I mean here’s the thing: the requirements don’t even mention creating threads. The main blockers from the list are almost certainly being spam flagged and reading posts/threads because unless you write a ton of spam crap you will get the rest anyway (i.e. even from friends liking your nonsense posts).
You should care less about something that is entirely superficial. its about making gifs and links on a forum .
As a note, just on the first page you have 5 threads, so I’m willing to bet you cant get TL3 because of spam reports. How long they last for though I do not know.

Most probably to be able to post screenshots of bugs. It’s temporary though. If you check your activity you will see that you’re part of b-license-145 group.
Yep, alpha/beta testers get accountwide TL3. I have beta now so all my characters now have TL3 while before it was only this one that had it
