in Season 2 Pact of San’layne stored 50% of the shadow damage for blood DK, not 10%.
With Season 3 it now stores 10% of the shadow damage for blood DK, not even 15%.
I had written about it previously during PTR, you did nothing. You giga nerfed blood DK’s main AoE ability and CBA even to put correct note about it.
Your neglect and incompetence in tuning is just disgusting.
