In all fairness @Blizzard Devs, roll back quest for people who have gotten cloak or make cloaks tradeable for a HC cache…cause alot of us who wanted to take out the time and put effort in early are screwed…some of us on several characters even!
This is a pretty bad and somewhat big miss…you knew you had an artifact cloak, yet cloaks were kept in the loot-table of max-level content you do after attaining the cloak?
Do some kind of adjustment 'cause this isn’t the way.

You brought hotfix, but you still haven’t fixed the pet bug. Since the start of S3 we still can’t do M+ or progress, you are forcing us to re-roll
Still waiting for any updates on this. You could also respond with something - we’d appreciate it. If it remains like this, it’s a half-solution and the equivalent of Blizzard showing the middle finger to everyone they’ve left behind.

So you will put a vendor in Dornogal that takes Cloaks as currency and give us a fresh box. Right? Right??

This answer does not help the thousands of players who got bad loot thanks to you. Either give us another loot box or give us the option to do quest again.
