All sets just look like shaman sets to me.
The horns on this one are a bit chunky tho, they could be a bit more thin, especially near the top. The tips of the horns are one sandpaper brushing away from being domed rather then spiked so yeah I get what you mean on this one.

The Frank cosplay was unexpected, but welcome.
Out of all the sets, the gladiator one looks the most in-universe warlock-themed, followed by the elite set. The LFR one colouring seems more suited to an evil druid than a warlock, but I do really like the colouring on the set and the way the skull parts of the armour look like weathered, discoloured bone. Heroic has the best cape.

I don’t like that all class sets have the same colors. On a rogue, I’d want dark, stealthy colors. On a druid or hunter, I’d want natural-looking colors. On a paladin, I’d want pink or silver/gold/blue. On a shaman, I’d want a “water-colored” blue.
The LFR teal is nice for monks.
The heroic blue is nice for mages and maybe OK for shamans.
The mythic and gladiator PvP purple is nice for DHs and rogues.
The elite PvP orange is nice for warlocks and death knights.
The yellow: meh, I don’t think that fits anyone. Maybe rogue since it’s their class color.

- light blue heroic set

because its his favuoire color and he doesnt realise different people have different tastes

That is subjective. The LFR green is not “Fel” enough. Among them i like the purple
