Hey, I think the "Thief’s Bargain’ pvp talent is broken. It does not reduce the cooldown of vanish by 33% as stated by the tooltip. It only applies the 10% damage reduction when using vanish despite not giving a reduced cooldown.
It works with the “Shadow Blades” component of the talent, but not with vanish.
Also, as a sidenote. I couldn’t find the ingame bug reporter anymore, I was just linked around in circles from the support tool. Is that feature not available outside the ptr/beta?
