Honestly, if they don’t want new players to get into the game, this is a good way to go about it. One of the most important aspects of an mmo is blocked for new players. I understand that they want to give bots a hard time but if it is at the expense of players for me that is not a good deal.

So it’s a bug if I have this restriction on Stitches HC, right?
A response to my ticket:
“” NOTE: If you are having this issue on Classic or Retail this is a bug, there is a section at the bottom to cover the bug for these realms or SoD realms that meet the requirements. Customer Support can’t bypass this bug. “”
Couldn’t find any “section at the bottom” tho…

You have this bug on a HC realm? Aren’t they supposed to be on an HC realm until 60?
are you sure you didn’t create a “SF-Char”? You may try to opt out in Undercity (Apprentice Watcher in the Apothecarium.)

My buddy that started playing with me on the same server has the same problem. We’re both using accounts that havent been paid for since before 2017 but we’re playing on a HC server which apparently shouldn’t be a problem…

Super frustrating.
I opend a ticket and told them my accoutn is not new.
I have not played wow but i played Diablo2R on this account and the account is way older.
I only got a generic answer from the support but nothing after that. they dont look into it.
If they would only check my account for a second they could see its not hacked and not new…
I have no idea what to do now.
I saw a ticket reply that there is nothing they can do, the 30 day restriction also applies to HC
And that’s what it is, you need to have paid real money for World of Warcraft for a month since 2017. If you haven’t then you are restricted until you do for 30 days from that date. I don’t think it’s mentioned anywhere which is the worst of it.
Blizzard will not remove the lock either and the only upside is that you can still receive mail.
