any update on this i have a shiddy cloak i cant even upgrade so i havent taken anything from the vault yet.

I don’t think this will be resolved any time soon. Did anyone tried to delete and restore the neck?
Not a bad idea. Might check if I can do that.
Did that and OFC it dont work. They need to fix this ASAP.

"Sorry to hear you were having trouble with the your Vault item.
We’ve implemented a fix that has resolved most cases, the item level will become what it should be once the item’s upgraded.
There are a few cases that still have issues and cannot be upgraded or receive sockets, but we have another fix planned for those next week."
The vault? what the… i bought mine for conquest… i got an automated answer on my ticket a link to support saying the dev team fixed the issue… they have not fixed the issue!!!

Hi, my problem is that Crimson Gladiator Amulet (bought with conquest) can not be soketed with Tiered Medallion Setting. I managed to do that with the other neck I bought from conquest, but this one is grayed out. I have zero sokets on it and I have bought all 3 tiers Tiered Medallion Setting to uise them in order like I did before. It doesn t work and I see a lot of other players from internet have same problem, Thanks

I can not copy paste the answer of the gm. He said that he admits the problems and can not do anything and I should submit a bug, (still haven t figured out how) and to check the blizzard official notes in the future. Than they marked the tiket as resolved. Great resolve! Good one Blizz having this issue unresolved since ages.

There are two bugs since the latest reset:
- Unable to socket the PvP neck bought with conquest.
- Wrong item level of the PvP item (and not be able to upgrade it) from the Vault.

It was before the reset too for me, and yeah i got the same answer.
I managed to add the sockets to the gladiator neck (the amulet) today.
I bought the second (same type) neck with conquest. I didn t equip it or upgrade it and I could add the three sokets, while the first neck I bought 2 weeks ago (exact same type) was still grayed out in inventory when trying to soket.
Maybe a way to avoid this bug is to try to add sokets while in inventory before equiping it.
Great, one week later still 2 of my PvP items are bugged. How hard is it to quick-fix some pixels or refund the conquest points so i can buy the same items again.
Making a ticket is pointless because GM’s or nothing more than bots nowadays.
I dont feel like playing this crippled character. Good job Blizzard!
Pretty much, opening a ticket to a gm is useless. They send you to submit a bug and watch the forums for future announcements.
Still not fixed after the reset …
And people while opening a ticket get sent to the forums via an automated response …
I fixed it you guys, i bought a new one and managed to socket it and waisted 1 week on conquest . Got around 39 g from vendor for the bugged one woho
