I like the dueler’s guild 1v1 concept. Fun 1v1, risk of going up against a healer, three rounds potentially right after the other. An accept the imbalances fun type of pvp. Just wish it could be queued for region wide.

So basicly duels. that will be hard to balance, healers will be immortal in 1 vs 1 most of the time

A couple of weeks ago I was WPvPing and found myself stuck in one of those azerite-filled crevasses with a Horde prot paladin. After 5 minutes we gave up trying to kill each other, as neither of us could get the other below about 75% health for more than a brief second.

Mainly because of the reason you already mentioned. It’s usually a struggle to find people to actually team up with

And correct me if i’m wrong but if you’re not THAT good,
you also might mess up someone’s arena rating (to put it mildly).
If you have the option to do 1 vs 1 nobody can blame you for actually mess up the arena rating. I mean, i’d like to do arena’s as well but i know i’m not THAT good and so i don’t want to mess up someone’s rating either.

So therefore,
I think it’s a good idea to also implement 1 vs 1 arena’s.

well one way to make it more balanced would be to put in a timer, so after a while both take 10% more damge, this going up about 300% more dmg taken, this way, one is bound to die sooner or later, atleast that way there would always be a winner, but this could still make stealth having the upphand due to them being able to way until high enough % and then one shot you, whitout you being able to even se them, though if items are put in the arena that shows stealthed chars again it could work.

Bring 5v5 back too

and add

And give to each bracket an unique mount and end of the season title

New class mog gear for higher rating

New illusions enchant for higher rating

Yeah well, everybody is different.
Some may agree with someone about something while someone else does’nt.

And while in some cases, i can understand certain things can be frustrating, raging is never a good idea, no matter who it does. Because usually, raging will have concequences.

So the best thing to do is stand above it.
Don’t lower yourself to the rager’s level.

Anyway, none of you made good arguments against 1v1. You literally are some of the dumbest people I have come across on the Internet. Saying you cannot have a fantasy game with a 1v1 mode where various classes have a chance against each other is as dumb as anything gets. What’s worse, you think 3v3 is better even though I gave multiple good arguments for why it is not, whether we’re talking from a balancing perspective or for the sake of competitiveness or what have you.

3v3 is probably the prime reason for millions of players having left WoW and why the remaining few will do so as well. In an ideal situation, WoW would have millions of more active players, they’d all be playing 3v3, and everyone would easily find partners to compete. Sadly only some thousands of people play 3v3 and take it seriously, and they tend to play with friends and stuff. Good luck getting new players to the game and compete. Good luck bringing the old players back.

Maybe PvP altogether doesn’t matter for Blizzard, but I highly doubt they want to ditch it. It’s an aspect of gaming people absolutely love, and if WoW is to remain live and prosperous, PvP needs to be prioritized more.

Can be more fun 1 v 1 only dps class open and stealht class limeted stealth time
Finding your teammate is harder and harder to deal with 3 v 3 but genarally team system 1 healer 2 dps very boring,According to my opinion 3v3 only dps fiighting so funny

LoL was built from scratch as a PvP game. WOW is a PvE game that uses basically the same abilities for PvP.

Players had the chance of some semblance of balanced PvP in Legion but shock horror they didn’t want their OP abilities normalised
