I cannot convert a lvl 21 char from timerunner to retail

Good morning, It looks like the conversion feature for Legion Remix characters had to be disabled yesterday (this is temporary). We unfortunately don’t have any other details for now, but hopefully more should come soon!

Just got this reply on another thread about the misisng transfer button.
