Don't meet the requirements for TW badge quest

So I farm TW dungeons with my alts very often. I went one today with my MW monk and picked up the smoldering ember at the end of the dungeon, which rewards you 500 TW badges. This time, I cannot pick up the quest it gives so I can hand it in to the vendor, it says I do not meet the requirements for that quest. What is going on??? Sorry for creating a topic about this but I could not find an answer anywhere.

Not sure what is going on, or what will happen tomorrow I am afraid.
