After I maxed out the herb skill for titan touched(40/40), the abikity “Overload Elemental Herb” has not created the portal, or given extra Rousing Order. I have attempted several times on the titan touched herbs, but nothing. ability just goes on CD.
For mining its result is sometimes that portal takes you to place that u’re in already. But I always get Rousing Order, sometimes 1x Awakened Order. You don’t have to max out Titan Touched tree, u just have to unlock it.
yeah used to get the portal, but stopped when I hitted max.
and yes sometimes the portal did not move you at all
