For real, Even the community just encourages others “just buy a token if you want a BOE/consumes/anything ingame” and if you mention farming gold they’ll laugh at you.
That is not because of the reason you think it is. Farming is inefficient if you value your irl time. Very much so. A single token will save you a week or more worth of time of farming. Which you are better off spending actually playing the game.
So yea, if you need gold, buy a token. Or learn to live with little maintenance - buy 1/2 star enchants, etc. instead of 3; craft everything you need yourself and so on. Farming is just a waste of time, unless you really enjoy doing it for some reason…
??? This is exactly who i meant with my post…
Farming is part of playing the game, “playing the game” isn’t just raiding and doing m+ or pvp.
You people lmfao.
Le sigh… Hence I wrote this :
I go on occasional skinning sessions, it’s calming to me, but me and you are very much the exception. No one in WoW likes farming, especially younger players. If I had to do it for hours on end, I wouldn’t like it either. That’s not why I pay for a sub, to play Farmville.
Just step back and look at the bigger picture - do you play WoW to pick herbs and mine ore most of the time (a.k.a. job 2.0) or, you know, to get gear and have fun - actually playing the game ? Honestly.
Your waste of time is my enjoyment, My enjoyment is your waste of time.
Your enjoyment involves giving Blizzard more money on top of the monthly sub and expansion, Which I find sad that it’s normalized.
