Torghast layers unlocked for alts?

Hi!

Just wanted to run Torghast layer 3 on my alt shaman (that’s where he was) but I noticed that all layers were unlocked now up to layer 8 while I only climbed up to layer 2. Did this change? I didn’t see any announcement. Would be a nice QoL change!!

Indeed they changed it, just read a blue post about it.
If you unlock the layers on your main, its acc wide.

Apart from TC that still counts as separate instance, meaning you wont unlock those floors by running normal layers of the other wings.

Torghast Highest Layer Now Unlocked for Alts

With a hotfix that is now live, we’ve implemented a highest-layer-sharing system for players who wish to plunder Torghast on multiple characters. Now, when you’ve completed a Torghast layer on any character on your account, your other characters will have access to it (as long as they meet the usual requirements for Torghast).
