Trading Post doesn't give rewards

I bought stuff and have 50 coins left after receiving 100 (first part of the progress bar).
I finished the 25 Raid bosses which brought my bar over reward 2 and 3 and received no coins - should have been 200.
I can click the chest, it opens, but I don’t receive any coins.

If you are expecting to receive Tender, but there is nothing to loot in the Collector’s Cache, try to log out and back in to the game, or enter any instanced content (a dungeon, battleground, solo shuffle, etc).

Ok, log out and in did not help, but entering a raid did.
