Transfer from anniversary HC (Soulseeker) to PVE not working?

Transfers are currently disabled as we investigate an issue with quests resetting incorrectly.

Hey there Celestina, Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this and we have indeed seen similar reports from other transferring players. Transfers have been disabled for now while we continue to investigate this, and we’ll let you know once we have more info!
