Sadly, yes, you basically have to keep reading and posting regularly in order to maintain your trust level, essentially re-earning it continuously so that it doesn’t atrophy.

Yeah it’s like blizzard thinks going away for 3 months is gonna change you into a forum monster so you have to prove yourself for 6 months again.

Yep, and not just regular forum visits apparently, I did frequent the forums but didn’t participate that much and got demoted, have yet to gain TL3 back again.

It’s a cool system but a bit too strict, but I’m guessing the strictness is so that people don’t start posting NSFW and inappropriate stuff.

I usually go to https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/u/<character name>-<server name>.json
Then just ctrl+f and search for trust_level_. You should see a bunch of results that look like trust_level_n (n = level). The highest number is your current trust level.
Yeah, puny’s link is probably easier, though I don’t really like logging into 3rd party websites.

Your profile is hidden so it can’t check. However as MvPs we get level 3.

I am trust level 2 and frankly can’t care less.
On one hand the system is nice as it keeps spam out, but on the other hand it’s just abit too strict to “grind” and keep level 3.

That’s very odd as I’ve seen it before (using SteamedHams’ method). Maybe profile wasn’t hidden then.

Maybe they changed how some of it worked. I can’t really tell on my phone. Will see if the other method still works when I’m back on my pc.

I bet that it’s mutual.THough why would you even want tobe trusted by blizz?Is there more then just pat on the back from them in this trust level?

Back on my PC and I can only presume it’s because of the hidden profile. Even using the older method to look you up it shows very little info.
