Yeah true, its unlikely he would level that one up after keeping it on that level for so long seeing that set. Best thing you can do is make a ticket to a gm and ask wether its a bug or something But there is always the small chance that he finally decided to level up that char, or atleast move to a different bracket of twinks with more people in it, while still trying to getas little possible xp in this bracket

Well i didnt bother to look up wich set it was, but still if its a removed set even its its boe if he got the full set more than likely he got it back then. Nobody is going to pay crazy amounts of money for a removed boe set that goes for insane prices nowadays just to twink, with there being other options out there

You can make yourself very potent while creating a new character and not locking it. In couple of hours you are gone from the bracket anyway (I do get almost full level up for winning a BG in this bracket), so I dont mind people farming gear and being good. These people however will never be godlike like some twinks though, they just get their fun worth of what they farmed and that is fine. It is the mechanism cheesing / exploiting somehow is what bothers me.

I did before the cataclysm changes. Before those sets got removed. I’m just saying removed BoE items now go for insane prices. Yes twinking can cost alot of gold. But lets be honest, not many people would buy a removed set for maybe millions of gold just for the sake of twinking. Those sets are way too hard to find complete nowadays

You can logout or leave the bg to avoid the end-xp to stay in the bracket longer.

Mate, you still get a lot of exp (20% on average from top of my mind estimation) just for compleeting BG objectives

There are no godlike twinks. they just seem like it but when you really break it down you can see it’s not actually as broken as you currently think it is.

Peoples views on twinks are rooted in complete ignorance.

You can still just delete and re-make the character if you’re a DK when it comes to the 50-59 or 60 bracket if you just want to farm levelers and at 20-29 you can roll any class using an allied race.

Whatever, I’ll just write reports about exploiting and hopefully everyone that is indeed exploiting/cheesing will get banned. Just because I dont support cheating. I was staying quiet while I got owned on all my multi alts over the years - when that was allowed. Now it is not

i can tell you smth, i was running haste gear, what actually gives me more potential to heal my fellow levelers, but as resto feral druid with heirlooms + enchants u can oneshot all other levelers. its not about xpoffed twink : P

That’s the thing though, you don’t seem to understand how everything works so you’re just reporting random people thinking that they’re exploiting while many of them aren’t doing so.

Well mate, you or I wont be the judge of that - if there is no exploit then fine. In case this mechanics is legal Blizz may consider some other change to adress the issue or may not (they cared enough to split queues so we will see). I just made my case regardless.
