I have said multiple times that the problem is that people try to balance healing as if it was DPS.
And its not the same.

I have whole paragraphs suggesting solutions to the problem. But it all stems from the fact that there is a hard cap to healing (a fixed health pool).
All blizz is doing in WW is moving that hard cap up and down. Thats all.
When the problem is that it exists in the first place.
But one step in the right direction would be to divorce M+ spec performance from Raid performance. That would help massively.
And its not a far fetched suggestion. It already exists with auras like “XXX does YYY more when not in a raid group” things. Expand on that basically.
