Unable to loot

Hello.

I recieved two boxes from the mailbox in mechagon with two type of boxes called, Box of assorted parts + Recycling Requisition, these two cannot be opened due to being looted and sent to the mailbox instead of directly recieved in the bag by the time of the kill.
Can you send two new ones?

Bug: Unable to open (Irradiated) Box of Assorted Parts
The event reward boxes that are mailed out to you if you have a full inventory, cannot be opened. This is being worked on, but for the time being please make sure to have space in your inventory to receive the rewards directly.
