Ok, I’ve checked it myself and yes, the sub level 30 honor bracket is still on. This is hilarious.
Alunir is in the same bracket as I am and alliance is dominating almost everything. I didn’t know that this even exists. This system is putting people who have many hours in wow pvp to low honor level bracket only because they stopped playing in Legion.
This bracket experience must be horrible to new players.
