[SOLVED] Unholy DK artifact weapon missing?

I’ve finished all available missions in my DK class hall, including the Salanar the Horseman storyline and Return of the Four Horsemen. I checked with the progress script from Wowhead, and it confirms everything is complete. However, I still don’t have the third weapon for my Unholy DK.
Do you know what might be wrong?

For everyone whom stuck on getting Unholy Artifact on Legion Remix at level 80 and unable to start the Apocalypse quest:
First, you need to complete the Legion introduction quests https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40519/legion-the-legion-returns
Then, relog in dalaran

Same here, seems bugged for me too.

I can see that I’ve not completed any quests related to Apocalypse. However, there is no NPC that gives me such a quest to start the storyline.
I also went to Manor Mistmantle in Duskwood (which is marked as first Apocalypse quest), but there is no NPC there.
@blizzard what to do? something in order hall seems to be bugged
