It seems timer is bugged? I could do event recently!
Can this event be removed already. It is disrupting the service of the server
1; Why the hourly event?
Make it a instance 100% up all the time, or a trigger you can do whenever you want: Solo.
2; Why the RNG elements?
Any sane person hates it.
3; Why a limited event, with the above 2 attatched?
It just brings frustration and stress.

As I wrote in the other thread, I like the rewards, but not how they are earned.
As Nala said, the combination of RNG, hourly chances, and it being a time-limited event, makes the whole thing a somewhat negative experience. Celebrating the anniversary of Hearthstone should be an exciting event, not something that causes stress and frustration.
I wish developers moved away from brute-force FOMO just to get empty engagement numbers up. It turns people away instead of on.

Well I’m annoyed, this is a trash event, badly executed, bugged, doesn’t even work, who is producing this stuff?
The end result is you have to stand still looking at a 5 minute timer, then engage in a “fight” for about 5 seconds that is little more than an excuse for a roll of the dice. And… that is the event! (When it works).
Blizzard, you are beginning to get a strong reputation for producing badly-planned time limited shoddy FOMO events that add nothing to the game except the number of bugs and some cosmetics.

I’d say it’s more ‘what will get those engagement metrics pumping’.
There is zero care with this design, no thought has gone into it. It shows quite clearly where WoW is at, eeking the last milk from the cow.

now i can ignore hearthstone till next promotion of this kind

Got the achievement Hearthstone Beginner, but no Hearthstone Game Table in my Toy collection.
glad i have everything except the full card achievment and the pet but i think im done with it. too much stress

Yep, sorry but I have to agree, this event is dreadful. Not only that but it’s just a copy-paste of the Diablo event, but at least that gave an amazing rep/exp buff.

Did You check the bag? I received an item in the bag, that upon using updated my collection tab.

So the 1 increased chance of the day I have and get nada… I think I can see which way today is going , can you guys lol.
I’d love to get the full experience of this…however. As many have mentioned it’s very frustrating during the invasions to get server lag so bad that the time between clicking a skill and it activating being around 10 seconds, its’ not really feasible.
Also for me, ive installed Hearthstone, but simple cannot get it to run. All I get is a black screen. I’ve tried everything I can find on various forums to fix this, but no good. This isnt the best event Blizzard has ever done I must say.
Have you completely uninstalled and deleted all files, and tried again ?
Usually that would be my step 1.
I only got 1 card after my first kill and then then the boss spawned again 10min later, this was yesterday in Stormwind, and got the mount and other stuff. So maybe try again?
I’ve not read anywhere first kill has improved drop chance though. Where did you see that? I can easily miss stuff ofc.
I farmed all day yesterday and got all the drops on more or less on one character. Granted the SW portal spawning frequently bug has been fixed now so I’m on a slower rotation today trying to get the bag on my main 
People seem to have misinformation because of a post on the lord of reigns mount discord channel. One of the people on there made a list trying to figure out how things work for the event. They listed that as being one of the features. It’s untrue though. Seems it’s spread like wildfire as fact even though the post was speculation.
