Just got a response from a GM on a ticket made early yesterday;

GM GrayMartian here, hope you are doing well.We have read your ticket and it seems you were experiencing an issue with Mahaja Cloudsong missing in on the Horder side.We are aware of this issue and it is being looked by our devs and a hotfix is expected within the next few hours. No npc still Sometimes for some second it seems to appear, but i’ve not seen it myself…

Oh that really sucks it’s still not working for everyone.

I would do another bug report because it does look like they tried to fix it. Be sure to mention after the fix it’s still broken for you.

I got the quest but the NPC is still missing. Just submitted it as a bug report. At least I was able to get all the hair flowers by doing the main questline.
