Thank you for the update, I have just seen this today. (Usually there is a note on my portrait of responses) 
Could there be a link between the issues listed below, and portals disconnecting voice chat ?
Think Blink / Heroic Leap and all other form of ‘‘ingame’’ teleports cause disconnects, truly needs a fix tho!
Also, I have recently had more messages saying I have been disconnected while selecting a different character on the selection screen. Yet it hasn’t seemed to disconnect me.
So very strange.
