Vulpera chat among Vulpera shows that what is normal to them is abnormal to others. Such as looting fallen Horde.
As for the pirates thing. Not all Vulpera swim. Throw a dozen of them in water and 2 out of 12 swim. The restâŚthe bubbles stop reaching the water surface.
To call Vulpera noble is a stretch. But the Horde are Vulpera now and the Vulpera are Horde. So naturally the Alliance shall keep the Vulpera and the rest of the Horde in check.

Draenei:
- Failure to inform allies of potential threat to safety in the form of the Legion.
Night Elves:
- Engaging non-affiliated forces during the Third war without attempting to negotiate. (Night Elves engaged Horde and Alliance forces without warning. Killing multiple soldiers.)
- Initial support for faction that caused the Sundering
- Creating an active spying ring within the ghost lands to monitor Blood Elves.
- Supporting creation of an unlawful road to support military actions and activity despite ambiguity in current status of the war. (Highway through the Barrens)
Ironforge Dwarves:
- Claiming of artifacts belonging to individual cultures.
- Military activity of Stormpike
- Military activity in Mulgore without an active state of war.
- Spying activity within Silvermoon, and support of an allied nation spying on a potential ally. (Dwarven ambassador was supporting Night Elven spying ring.)
- Supported extermination of Orcs
Lightforged Draenei:
- Use of torture on captured soldiers.
Dark Iron Dwarves:
- Pursuing war against military targets.
- Attempting to destroy the world through unleashing of Old Gods during Cataclysm by larger faction residing within Shadowforge City.
- Providing logistical support for Twilightâs Hammer Forces.
- Use of Mole machines undermining structural integrity of Civilian towns and structures in Siege of Zuldazar.
- Forced use of martial law within Ironforge during Queen Moiraâs attempted ascension to Throne.
- Establishment of undesired Base camp within Zandalar.
Mechagnomes:
- Attempt to destroy the world.
Void Elves:
- Betraying oath to people and changing support for new faction knowing that they are preparing for war.
- Illegal use of magic within Silvermoon

Gilneans Vs Forsaken has been an ongoing war. Forsaken and the Horde waged war on the Gilneans first slaughtered their people and drove them out of their homes, even worse not only did they enslave the Gilneans in life but they would kill and enslaving Gilneans in death, damning their very souls to the curse of Undeath. Forcing Gilneans humans to a cursed life. The curse of the Worgen or to be murdered by the Horde and become cursed Undead.
That was yet another Gilneans Vs Forsaken war. The rest of the Alliance and Horde had no part of it.
Lol so the Vulpera pick a fight and play the victim when they get disciplined by a force that is not trying to fight Vulpera. Even bending over backwards to minimize Vulpera casualties.
The actions of Arthas Menethil are his alone. Most (60% minimum) of the former Alliance of Lordaeron became Horde or neutral nothing to do with the existing Alliance, the Grand Alliance.

As for the Zandalri entourage. King Anduin kept them safe in Stormwind stockade, The Horde prevented diplomatic solutions from taking place. Zandalri unprovoked attack against the Alliance brought upon themselves the might of the Alliance and we put down their King. Nothing to do with the Horde, as under Talanji did the Horde join the Horde.
Lordareons are neutral and not members of the Alliance. With a few exceptions such as Turalyon and the Fordragon woman.
Sylvannas murdered Calia Menethil and the other Forsaken that tried to escape her.

Gnomes have been forgotten since classic and only High Exarch Yrelâs Draenai done something other than be a victim.

MechaGnomes some of them tried to undo the curse of flesh. A weapon of the old gods the servants of the void lords. Meant to stop the titan constructs. But they did not accomplish much so not really a threat.
Void Elves were betrayed by the Blood Elves. Instead of helping their people they scorned and rejected them, cast them out and left them for dead. To be driven mad by the whispers of the void or worse.
Void Elves grudge/rivalry against Blood Elves is justified.

Short sighted. The Horde picks up races like a crazy cat lady picks up strays. Then ends up with a cat army.
Without the Horde the Vulpera would be Sethrak food.
