Pretty sure it’s against the law to not refund money on request in most of the EU, perhaps I’m wrong I’m no lawyer, but I’m sure that (here at least) Distance selling regulations require that a refund be exactly as paid, even down to the same card unless the buyer agrees for it to be refunded differently, at the point of refund.
I don’t know about you guys but i bought the collectors edition and it sucks to pay +200 euros and not even receiving beta key. I think we should receive smth like a code when you purchase the game for beta access,

To everybody that is actually still following and seeing this post…
Blizzard / Microsoft actually listened to all our feedback and just announced that they will be sending beta keys to all accounts that bought CE.
This is a big fat W for Blizzard. Very unexpected.
I didn’t even dare to think that this would be possible when I started the post…
