I have no idea what this is about and i highly doubt an MVP would steal anyones code. How would they even get that information?
In any case you would need to ticket and prove ownership of the account. In TBC all codes were physical so you should have a box or code in the disc box.

Why not provide some variance ?
A desert view ( Tanaris or Silithus)
Some Snowy view (Winterspring )
Ocean view / Beach
Some Volcano view (burning Steps ) ?
Dark Portal
Outland view .
WoD
There are so many different places where you can make great screenshots and background , and we are stuck with grassy plains and buildings .

Man, between Dragonflight and TWW I feel I’ve been eating so well these past few years. It might just be enough to make up for the horror of BFA + SL!
I agree, they’re quite boring. I actually prefer the original. Hopefully we have a lot more and this is a smol preview.
Given recent history, I wouldn’t be surprised if it would end up being acquired from a micro transaction at the game shop rather than as a reward from completing certain content in game
