I think we’ll be seeing categories of some kind going forward at some point, for the character selection screen. I’d love to be able to make my own tbh but I think even things like realms or level sorting would help others. The long list itself doesn’t bother me but I’m unusual and have nearly every char on one realm. They did get reordered with the launch of the warbank system but I put them back where I wanted them.
I’ve not had that can’t click to deposit but so far but I can imagine that it’s annoying. I did have some invisible items but they reappear. It was those spark looking drops from the event but I no longer use them. I’m sure there are other things that bug.
The tab categories are annoying me atm because I can’t untick options once they are selected. I have managed to change the offending tab from one category to ‘ignore this tab’ but now I can’t get rid of ignore this tab. But it’s not a big deal and I can live with it until it’s fixed.
Their time to run raids will be here soon! Be patient.
On a plus i had tusks of mannoroth on my hunter for like 4 years as i bought from BMAH but only realised/didnt think till it was too late. Now with warbands i FINALLY have that mog!
It’s true that much of it doesn’t work, but I think what does work was an improvement, at least.
I like having all my characters on one character selection menu.
And I’m sure I’ll like the shared transmog, even if I won’t do much with it.
I’m also sure I’ll like the shared bank. No need to sit there mailing things any longer.
But it’s true - it doesn’t really work, and the login screen looks kindda ugly - plus many animations are broken - they animate according to the type of what they wear, not according to what they are transmogged, which means my Druids looks like she’s wielding a spear, but she’s actually got the totem transmogged and therefore doesn’t hold a weapon at all.
But all these are new things that otherwise plain wouldn’t exist. At least it didn’t get worse.
I like the convenience of stuff being more account wide, stuff like mats were often a bit of a pita to keep track of and shuffle around, which is something that the warbank fixes for me.
The warband in login screen looks bad though, and I don’t like that I need to “choose 4” of my characters as mains, when I play like 7-8 dudes regularly. We should be given the choice to get rid of the top 4 thingy if we want to.
They all being on a single list regardless of realm is nice though, saves time.
I personally don’t care about the Warcamp, in the sense that I think it’s a nice feature but my chars are are literally in the order I had them before the change but it does seem to vex some to have it. Can’t you just have no favourites and collapse it? Or are you forced to use it?
I think its better than what we had were they had to implant a currency hand me down at vendor you need to buy then send to alt now you can just click at it and send it over bough my darkmoon rocket today by giving the tookens over from manny alts. I think all in all best feature added though i hope theres a block feature coming soon for the fav thing in character screen since i dont use the fave screne and it always pops up when you click + and minus on it which is mildly annoying should stay up untill you click in down again.
Think blizzard will add a feature were you can remove the fav character screen gap for people that don’t want to use that feature any news ?
Its just very annoying when you get DC and try logg in you now have to klick 2 times to logg in instead of once and get done you can lose seconds if your in a m+
I hate that blizzard adds something we players has to tell them their feature is bad its like we pay to do their work they should’ve though of when adding that feature will post a ticket about it.
I’m confused if I have a char highlighted enter works to go in the game the same as before. I don’t think the warcamp changed anything in that sense. The character you wanted always had to be highlighted. Or do you mean on a d/c it doesn’t go back to the character you were on last?
