When he drops to that percent he one shots tanks more or less if he can catch up with them. So they have to play a game of taunt tag between the two of them and run around while the dps nuke it down.

I think Yummy summed this up perfectly when he was coaching a healer on his stream, talking about BDK.
“Vamp” isn’t a big cool down, As a healer vamp means “Oh god, please, help me please, friend… nooooo”
