Kul Tiran Melee Impact Effects Bug

I understand that this issue has been going on for a while based on other posts, but since nothing’s changed I wanted to bring more attention to it and hope that this is fixed. TL;DR - Kul Tiran melee characters when using some melee abilities do not trigger ‘impact’ effects (sound + visual ‘hit’) and often have ‘desynced’ damage numbers that float way after the animation is done, leading to a terrible ‘feel’ of gameplay. Kul Tiran - Missing Warrior Melee Ability Sounds

After I logged in for the first time after the pre-patch, I noticed most of the single-target spells are missing the chunky “hit” sound, only the “whoosh” of the weapon swing can be heard. Namely Colossus smash, Rend, Mortal Strike, Overpower, Skullspliter and Execute. I asked a friend who plays a warrior as well and he reported no issue, so the problem is on my part.
