I also want to allow us to change body type, I want to RP as a Black female with the shape of Serena Williams. They are trying to push conventional European beauty standards with the thin body types on females.
Idk, on the US forums they screamed bloody murder about even the thought of mixing customization. Some people even wanted the hairstyles to be locked to different ethnicities. Something about cultural appropriation.
Yeah that makes me wonder if, as a white woman, playing a black or oriental looking character would be considered⌠bad. I will probably just stick to elves anyway 
Turn on âwideâ face shape. Voila.
Basically; to get more âgenuineâ caucasian, black and asian faces:
narrow = caucasian.
wide = black.
round = asian.
EDIT: altered the names, I used the old ones.
Now, of course you can mix these up for even more variety, but the looks will then become less âpureâ (man, using that word in the context of âraceâ sounds wrong 
).
And yeah; only a selection of the faces are SPECIFICALLY made to âbeâ one of the three. So no, when you for instance turn on the âheartâ shape, not ALL faces will look asian, just a certain number.
I havenât really tried, but maybe with some combos you could emulate other ethnic appearances too?
I find the heart shape to be awful because the eyes just go⌠weird. Itâs like their eyelids inverted.

OP isnt wrongâŚthere arent any asian faces. 
Closest you can get are the skin tones and faces on the bottom of the list but TBH they are too light and the eyes are too wide to be anything but westernised versions of asian faces.
(kinda weird that its the same thing that happened with Nightborne. NPCs had very narrow looking eyes but Blizzards version had huge anime eyes instead!).

Gotta admit, Eastern Europe seems to be more normal than any other country.
I guess itâs how I am reminded of the simpler times when I was growing up. I miss those days.

This is the best I can do on the Beta right now. The appearance feels more exotic for sure, compared to the options on Live WoW. Is it distinctly Asian? No. Are there subtle hints of it? Maybe.
Obligatory:
I will admit; the female options are much less pronounced. Maybe the very last face option is most âtypicallyâ asian (in our western view). Male options are more typical overal and a bite more recognizable as being asian (to us westerners).
But; remember that âasianâ is very broad. There are many asian appearances and they donât all look like japanese or chinese people. Of course the game canât account for all those looks; like they canât account for all the different caucasian appearances. Thereâs a basic face/head and WoW has a distinct style. Within those boundaries, I think the results are fine.
Good Lord, humans has hundreds of options while other races barely got anything, yet people still find ways to complain.
EU servers are for all not only the hivemind
