I am so mad and frustrated towards Blizzard and their lack of action towards Hardcore realm health it’s unreal.
- Merge
- Cluster
- Free transfer in one direction (Stitches to Nek’rosh or vice versa) to delete other server
Chose one option and do a community pool (Actual community pool instead of asking for an opinion of your unofficial marketing team aka Streamers) to decide which option is best.

This but with NO delete of other server. Dang it! let people decide if they want to play on a “dead” server or not!
hate to doomerpost but the truth is blizz doesn’t care about stitches and nekrosh anymore, they gain nothing financially by merging them. they are trying to herd everyone into the fresh server by baiting them with QoL stuff
their gameplan is to make 1 hyped up streamer megaserver because that is what gets more players to play (and resub). most MMO players want to go where the people are, and people in low pop servers start to dwindle because it goes into a death spiral of less people playing because there are less people playing, so the issue just gets worse and worse until you have a graveyard realm
STILL i support this thread 100% and think blizz should have merged us from the get go, nothing wrong with trying to get their attention but don’t be surprised when they just let our servers die. it is going to be too late soon

I’ve heard that Blizzard messed up and they can’t cluster or merge servers duo to technical issues. I can’t confirm this with source but even if it is the case, there is still a solution to this problem.
Exactly! This triggered me so bad. We’ve been spamming this forum for a year now yet still no response, nothing!
But 5 minutes before fresh comes out they announce - After working through a great deal of player feedback you get this and that.
What? Who are you talking to? 
Anyways, Fresh HC is down to 4 layers from 7 layers.
People might be rerolling to PvP since you can’t transfer from Fresh HC to PvP.

And how many layers to Stitches and Nek’Rosh … maybe people returning 
Yesterday Stitches EU had 2 Layers. Wednesday is Layer reset day so no Layers are up yet.
Not sure about situation on Nek’rosh. Hope those guys are holding up and are well!

Sounds great - or maybe not. I’ve asked for FCT between the two HCs since leaving my Stiches-toons behind at launch, so please gief!
No layers on Nek’Rosh… this is breaking my heart. I used to make events but people are completely silent

No layers, but lots of players try looking at deathlog and the 60 instances. Also SW was teeming tonigth with the buff. I like a live city - buffs flying, one good layer is good. As to why people are silent … according to me it’s a bit in vawes. I also feel silent tonight, just questing, keeping to myself, not interacting more than the habitual “drive by” buffing and a /thanks. Not everybody is a RPer at heart.

Yes we need a merger or something.
But my tinfoil theory is that Blizz wants these servers to die.
Forcing people into waves of “fresh” servers for re-subs etc.

That does seem to be whats happening, but I dont think I am against it tbh. I like to play when there is ‘hype’ for fresh servers and once that dies down, I leave. So they are baiting me back everytime they do it.
No are any reason for 3 realms of hardcore. When the two old realms are dead.

I support this thread and request Blizzard to please take action so that all the timespent on our HC Characters in Stitches do not end meaningless. I still haven’t finished my journey to 60 and I want to be able to pursue it on an active server.
So please merge remaining HC servers (or put a transfer between classic hc and fresh hc).

The error was making a fresh one. But Blizz needed this to feed their hype.
If anything put up FCT between the two old servers. NOT to the fresh one. That would indeed make all our time spent here time wasted.
I must admit that I really like life on the HC server Nek’Rosh right now. It has the ideal size. Levelling is possible, Dungeons and raids happens regularly, and I recognize a load of the players I meet out and about - or see in Deathlog, sadly.
The only ones I feel really sorry for are the Horde players on Stitches. Stitches Hordeside was where the streamers went, with the consequence that a lot of us did not roll there (or as me rerolled as I found out).
Then, as was to expect, all of a sudden they left, leaving behind a too small population there.
I don’t really have a solution. My fear is, that the population, we had before the Anniversary servers went live, will return - either when Classic turns into TBC and the HC server is left behind, or even before, when the fresh hype dies down.
And what then? Could you imagine the servers being split up again? I can’t. But I can imagine the layer chaos, hyperspawns and so on resulting form again having in excess of 10 layers.
Merge should have happened when they launched fresh servers…

Totally agree with this. Please Blizzard!! The realms lost so many people… we need more players in each realm
