none i never use addons during the lvling process; except the Dugi guide but thats more a quality of life addon.
Literally just basic stuff. I use DBM for raids. I have other addons, but I haven’t used them in a while because I couldn’t update them through WoWUp and I also didn’t need to use them as I didn’t care about what my DPS was and I didn’t PVP. Those were Capping and Recount, although I’ll have to do something soon as I want that Vicious Sabertooth in s1.
Elvui (plus elvui location bar plugin forget the name)

Same as always I keep it simple
For dungeons and raids I use:
DBM - to have basic mechanic warnings.
Weakauras - to be able to track my abilities/resources more easily, and for distinct audio warnings for mechanics DBM does not notify you of. Plus to add a neon circle around my cursor.
Details - to see if a small adjustment in my CD usage is paying off or not.
Plater - because Blizzard HP bars are kinda bad.
Outside of that I use others for a variety of reasons:
Method Raid Tools - for raid checks and for its note feature.
Method Dungeon Tools - in case my group wants to link a specific route for a key.
Simulationcraft - so I can compile my bis list or check if a piece of gear I got from dungeons is more of an upgrade for someone else than me.
Handynotes - I was primarily using it during leveling in the old days, to find draenor treasures for easy XP. I may keep it for DF.
RC loot council - For loot distribution during guild raid runs.
Hum, I try not to use too many addons, but scrolling through the important ones I use are:
Details
Threat Plates
Weakauras
DBM
Bagnon (The Default bank UI is really bad)
Then I have a few QoL addons like LeatrixPlus (auto vendors greys and does a few other things) and Rarity/All The Things for collecting.
As always, as few as possible.
Nameplates, damage meter and DBM is pretty much all I use.
As many as possible I love addons
it is better to have and not need then need and not have
so i downloaded 200+ addons
and half those was will broken if they ever do a patch
Ah, the Skyrim approach: mod it until it crashes.
there is a challange like that u put 200 random mods on Skyrim and try to beat it
None. Hate addons tbh. If I start doing M+ or normal raid with my friends, then I’ll use DBM and details.
