What are the best trinkets ever made in wow?

Unnerring vision of Lei Shen was pretty damn awesome. It broke a few specs that could make use of snap shotting.
Unstable Arcanocrystal was much more powerful than trinkets 40 or more ilvl’s higher for some specs.

Perfectly Preserved Cake from Trilliax, no doubt

I actually like that BfA’s Dribbling inkpod. Hilarious. You whack that monster and then BOOOM. Monster weeps and i smile.

I liked that ARP trinket from ICC too. What was it called again. It was brutal addition to any ARP stacking melee.

Also the ‘mirror’ from HFC was lovely piece. Mirror of the blademaster it was called, I think.

I like trinkets that make a difference, when used. I dislike those stat sticks as those are very boring. Nor I like ‘stat boost’ on use trinkets. Also unimaginative and dull.

I think stat sticks can be fine, especially if they are secondary stat, and on the correct spec.

For example, in legion, a crit stat stick for dh, actually made your rotation better, because chaos strike and crit.

Damn, i dislike bfa so much, all of these little nice things, removed.

But the way every man and their dog tried to get arcanocrystal… it did not feel very exiting trinket to have in game. :frowning:

Versatility is absolute dog… though. It’s as uninspired as it gets, getting versa and getting primary stats literally does not feel better in any way.

I agree ! Versatility is one of the saddest stats in-game. I am currently playing also something-something that finds versatility one of the good stats and it bugs me so much. It feels … unimaginative. haste, mastery all this gives you something. Versatility… and then when you happen also trinket that ‘adds versatility on use’. I just … was a sad one.

If you have one stat stick and one ‘fun trinket’ it is fine. But having double stat stick which happened to me in legion was less funny.

Maybe someone has mentioned it since I can’t remember the name, but that one trinket that stored your damage for like 15 seconds and then unleashed an AoE that hit everyone for like 4,5 mill damage.

No contest, best trinket ever made.

Mastery also can be really bad in some cases.

Versa is just bad for all classes, from a gameplay standpoint, and it feels really bad when it’s the best stat.

Mastery can be pretty much as bad, but it can also be the best.

For example, frost dk mastery vs enhancement, frost dk, is basically as basic as it gets, frost damage, not that much different from versatility, enhancement has damage, but it also has the stormbringer mechanic attached to it, so getting more, means more stormstrikes.

How do u remember all of them? i dont even remember the trinkets i have equipped right now :see_no_evil:

Lei Shen trinkets were flatout broken, especially the agility one since even the LFR version was worth using in Siege mythic. https://www.wowhead.com/item=94532/rune-of-re-origination If that effect still worked people would still use this even to this day.

Deathbringer’s will, hands down.

Honorable mentions are: Draught of Souls from Gul’Dan, Evil Eye of Galakras from Galakras, Mjolnir Runestone from Thorim, the BoE trinket in early cata that turned you into a dragonspawn (Fury of angerforge) and last but not least, Bone-Link Fetish from Dragon Soul.

Oh the memories.

I actually looked at my ‘timewalking’ collection on one of the characters to memorise

The Arena Grand Master because it can be obtained at such a low level.

Yes! I loved putting cakes down for my friends!

On Alliance, I still love this one from MoP:

Best as in most iconic? That’ll be something like Deathbringer’s Will, one of the most ninja’d items ever with the transformations helping it go a little further to being very memorable.

Best as in most powerful? Pre-nerf Draught of Souls or Convergence of Fates.

Best as in most unique? For me, that’s the Mechagon punchcard because you can customise it.

bah, a little extra damage, the fun ones will always be the best, i still have my nifty stopwatch in ny bank…along with a lifetime of other such clutter…
never trolled people with the piccolo though, still a big noobie back in those days…

For most recent, I’d say Font of Azshara from BFA (and I found it odd that no one else mentioned this yet.) I think it’s pretty strong. Personally, I cba with Azshara again though since I got my Curve. It will be obselete soon anyway so I don’t think there is a point to try to get it.

It should be made a heirloom, and one that actually works past level 60 or whatever they’ve nerfed it to. It’s so sad, just having it sit there in the bank :frowning:
