There really aren’t many horde players in PvP it seems, so I agree that the racial skills should be adjusted. In fact, as an alliance player, you often have to play against alliance. I have the impression that serious PvP players from the Horde are primarily players from the russian server, this makes it likely difficult to form groups and to farm conquest gear.
I would love Flex raiding added for Normal and Heroic difficulties, with 10-25 people, would help guilds like mine which have a roster of 10-20 people, wouldn’t need to bench anyone. Otherwise everything can be as it was in my opinion.

That will completely kill off alliance unless you heavily nerf horde racials in pve

Account wide or very rapid cloak catch up is pretty much it. I’d like WoD character models as an option too but I doubt it’ll happen. (MoP is when old models start to really look out of place).
As for the cloak, one raid clear should get that respective part of the cloak done. So Mogu’shan/HoF gets you all the sigils, ToT the tablets etc.
Ooh and an option to swap back to the old vale after SoO would be amazing.

It would be more awesome to see several phases of pandaren rebuilding the vale and Sha corruption dispersing over time creating a brand new look for it. And when asked a bronze dragon NPC you should be able to see a timelapse of it happening in a cut scene.

None at all.
After the reveals, it’s kind of pointless now, but I would change one and only one thing, that I would make normal and hc raid flexible, to save small guilds (like mine). Everything else should stay the same. (Well, minus the know bugs from that era 
)
If we could have dynamic gears for all spec for dudu, pala, dk, … . So we don’t need to grind different gears for each spec just for the gear stats.

Another suggestion is personal loot. Some people rolling on gears that is not for their class/spec to trade with friends in party, DE or even vendor it.
Edit: In 5 man dungeons i mean.
