What customization options would you like to see for your race?

The blue eyes of the elves is something which is a lot more common on the alliance elves like the silver covenant than on the horde ones, we had those in the game since vanilla and players on the alliance side have every right to ask for them to become playable.

That is supported even by Alex Afrasiabi which is one of the main writers working on the WoW lore :

But Ion specifically said if you want fair skinned blonde hair elves the Horde is waiting for you, honestly it would make no sence for the Void elves to get fair skin as they have essentially been void poisoned and I don’t think that will cleanse easily and even if they did give you alleria type skin tones it would still have to have messed up purpled smudges all over it, I went Horde for my High elf because Ion told me to.

Problem with your assumption there.

Void Elves only look like Blueberries because Nether-Prince Durzaan attempted to change them into Void beings.
The transformation was stopped before it could complete, thus the Void Elves are blue.

Any elf who studies the Void and becomes a void elf through normal means does not become a Blueberry.
Alleria is proof of this.

And before you say “but she ate a darkened Naaru, she’s special!”
Know that she studied the Void looooong before this.

So fair skin for Void Elves (with the Void colored eyes and voice set) would mean it’s a new Void Elf, not one of the original ones that were trapped by Durzaan.

As it stands now, there’s no way new Void Elves would become blueberries.

I understand it may not have been shown, but for trolls, many proper green skin colours for the forest troll subspecies, and some blue ones for ice trolls. Also sand trolls have black tusks, so different tusk colours please!

There’s no asumption, Void Elves just shouldnt get these options they should go to the Blood Elves as the Sunwell it “Holy” and “Arcane” Blood elves have not been sucking fel magics for years now and the new sunwell is cleansing that corruption, as for the Void elves its kind of hypocritical for High elves who claimed the high ground morally over the use of fel but are more than keen to study to void and in the process go mad killing eachother… Void elves are new anyway and these options are only going to OG races.

The Blood Elves already have “normal skin”… I don’t care about the bright blue eyes, give them to Blood Elves for all I care.
The Void Elves have a paler whitish blue to their eyes anyway.

In lore right now there’s no way to make more Void Elves. And giving Void Elves the normal skin tone (read SKIN, not eyes) would make sense. As Alleria is an example of such a Void Elf.

I like the Void Elves, but their lore doesn’t make sense. Adding the normal skin tone option would be a step towards making sense. When it came to recruitment anyway.

As I’ve already explained…

There’s holes in that lore…

The Void Elves are extremely few. Most likely a couple dozen at most.
But they die in combat, so they’d need to replenish their numbers.

But new Void Elves as the lore stands now, will not be blue.
They’d look like themselves, with an eye color change to pale white’ish blue because they don’t draw on the Sunwell anymore.
Alleria studied the Void for hundreds of years (because time works differently in the Twisting Nether) without turning blue.

The Void Elves are only blue because of a trap set by Nether-Prince Durzaan.

The Blood Elves and High Elves you see in the Telogrus Rift who study the void will logically speaking not be turning blue.
So giving Void Elves a normal skin tone option would explain how the Void Elves get more members.

With these new customizations, will we see improvements to customizations for Allied Races as well? What about Death Knight customizations?
So, with new character customization, we are focusing mainly in the original races, not allied races. we are able to apply new customizations to them, like separate the eyes from the rest of the models, with the help of the Technical team, so you have more options to choose from. We are not touching Allied Races at this time, we are focusing on the main races. There are no plans to expanding custom DK customization at this point.

This wont happen sorry, they’ve already said they’re not touching Allied Races. Plus I’ll be really mad if they do because I left the Alliance to work on this character and I won’t be very happy if they all of a sudden give customization that should be for Blood Elves to Void elves.

I still reckon Skinny Kul Tiran body shape should be given to the two human races as an option .
as people mention bulky casters look off.

and separate human customisation from wolf form.

Blood Elves need a more sturdier waist they look like they are about to break in half when they are 2 hand weapon wielders.

Night Elves need leaf adornments in their hair

Draenei males are probably the worst to think of what to do I think they need less broad shoulders.
