I feel like we missed nature magic, which is fundamental to more than just druids 
But from the OP’s list I would go with dragon aspect magic because that is bundling up nature, arcane, fire, and chrono magics into one package. There’s a lot you can do with that!
Shamans use nature [elemental] magic though?

Even though I main a paladin. The Arcane is quite diverse.
If I’d to choose which power I’d be able to wield in real life. It do be Arcane.

They’ve always used frost or arcane. Although really I have always thought that fire and frost were also a form of arcane magic, just …used differently.
Necromancy because you would be able to revive your beloved ones.
Would they stink? Yes.
Would I care about that? No.
According to lore that is correct, all mages use arcane magic, they simply manifest it in difeferent ways.
One of these but can’t pin down one.
